Terms and Conditions for booking a party with Picolinos: 

We charge R500.00 for venue hire - Time slots are 09:30 -12:30 OR 13:00 -15:30 ( if we do not have an evening function you are welcome to stay longer).

 We charge R60.00 per child thereafter, including a kid's meal & Box juice.

You would need to confirm one of the following meals as the option for your party as well as the time you would like it served ( Pls Note :kids pizzas can only be served from 11:15 should you be interested in a morning slot)

Kids Margherita , Regina or Hawaiian

Kids burger + chips

Kids Spaghetti bolognaise

Kids toasted cheese + Tom

 If more than 25+ adults are attending , Pre-ordering a few pizzas or meals is required. 15 large pizzas Minimum for 25 -40 guests , 25 Large pizzas for anything over 40 guests.( If less are attending we still recommend ordering some nibbles for the adults as it avoids any long wait during busy times).

If you would like to go ahead and book I will need to know time slot  and a note of when you will have RSVP's. I will need you to confirm food ( both adults and kids) as well as time you would like it served  when you confirm number of guests.

Please note we will add 10% gratuity on the bill.

 We have a small jumping castle available for hire @ R500.00 ( please note we do not stop other kids from jumping on – that would need to be your call)

Our super fun, vibrant, and colourful venue is available for R500.

Capacity of 30 seating children, 15 adults,  4 tables, and a cake table. The party duration is 2.5 hours 

The Forest Venue is attached to the left-hand side of our studio 

There's no place like home, a quiet, intimate craft party at home is needed sometimes. So moms we have you covered, any theme, any budget to suit your needs, we have it. We even create crafty party packs for you too. 

OPTIONS: Craft Activity Kits created to your theme and budget. Choose a Craft Guide R185 per hour to assist at your home. R3/km Travel 

The Studio has 2 time slots 9:30 to 12 and 13:30 to 16:00. 

There are two booking options - the entire studio to accommodate up to 38 children with adults seated which is R1200 or half the studio at R600 which takes 16 children and adults seated. 

The Studio is next door to our shop and has a bathroom.
